With our long year experience in the planning, architecture and design at ESP. Hannover
and our expertise in the leisure & theme park industry, Entertainment projects
such as the EXPO2000 World Exhibition, Germany’s first Legoland Park
and the 2006 FIFA World Cup HDI Arena in Hannover are our origin.
In this time we designed more than 25 Shopping & Entertainment Center projects with a
total amount of more than 1 Mio. square meters lively retail and community spaces build to date.
The first Hospitality projects followed soon after and have become an integral part of many
Mixed Use and Master Planning projects.
